Casing Head Housing

 

  • The casing head housing are available either threaded or

Slip-On for Welding.

  • The Slip-On lower connection is furnished with a ½” test port.
  • Studded side outlets and threaded side outlets are available.
  • All casing heads use API-6A/ISO10423 VR threads.

Casing Head Spool

 

  • The intermediate casing head spool use a full opening

straight bore design that accepts casing hanger and

seal assemblies for suspension of casing.

  • The lower flange has two seals which are energized

by means of injection of plastic packing through ½” NPT

injection fittings and test ports.

Tubing Head Spool

 

  • The tubing head spool use a full opening , and taper

bore design. The top flange complete with lockdown

screw assemblies enable the tubing hanger to be

locked in place.

  • The taper bowl provide M/M Seal with tubing hanger.

Lower flange has two seals which are energized by

injection of plastic packing, complete with injection and

test ports and fittings.

Tubing Hanger

 

  • Tubing hanger have an extended neck enable to be

packed off in the tubing head adapter flange.

  • They have an “H” type back pressure valve threaded.

Top and bottom thread can be either EUE or VAM

as per customer requirement.

Wraparound, slip-type, weight-set  hanger

May be installed through the BOP
